What does the AI Employee do, and what does it cost?
It answers calls, replies to texts, chats and DMs, and books appointments for you, 24/7. GRD AI and GRD Pro include unlimited use of the AI Employee, with no AI usage fees. The calls, texts and emails it sends bill at cost on top of the plan, at the rates published on our website. On Standard it is available pay-per-use, and Lite does not include it.
How do calls, texts and emails get billed?
They draw from a small prepaid wallet in your account, at the per-unit rates on our pricing page. It tops itself up at a threshold you choose, and you can see every charge.
Should I choose monthly or yearly?
Yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. You choose your billing in the payment step.
